In brief the process is to

• analyse how the current site works
• devise a way to present information most effectively and engagingly for all users
• maintain a consistently coherent and useable publishing process (possibly using categories and tags more deliberately to help the site organise the variety of content more predictably and clealry).
• explore and enable future enhancements for members use of the website.

The priority at this stage (in mid-January 2023) is to generate and migrate across enough content so that we can get the structure or architecture laid out, and ensure it reflects the club member’s priorities and expectations, that it works and that it can be easily maintained.

Eventually we will need to identify the specialised plugins (eStore etc) that need to be brought across to the new site by the relevant club IT stars.
